The simple and effective Pomodoro planning tool

Increase your productivity by delegating your task planning to the Pomodoro Planner. This tool takes the Pomodoro method to the next level so you can focus on what really matters.

How does it work?

On the left, enter your tasks, set the number of Pomodoros required and prioritise them. On the right, the tool automatically schedules all your Pomodoros over time and instantly adapts to any changes you make.

Icons in the calendar let you reschedule a past task or lock a pomodoro so the AI doesn't move it. You are always in control.

For work, study or daily life

This tool is for professionals, freelancers, students and anyone who wants to increase their productivity, whatever their field or activity. The tool is designed to stick to what it does best: automated scheduling, without any unnecessary features.

In addition, the Pomodoro Planner can be particularly useful for people with ADHD or chronic procrastinators. The Pomodoro technique, combined with automatic planning, is a great way to improve your focus and stick to your goals. Give it a try for a week and you'll stay on track no matter what.

Free and easy to use

Pomodoro Planner is free, it was originally designed for my own needs. I recommend you create an account so you don't lose your tasks, a simple email address is enough.

The Pomodoro method is ideal for getting to work without asking a lot of questions or being overwhelmed by the mental load. It has worked so well for me that I have been using it every day for several years. I've learnt to use it to divide my work into blocks of time and make fairly accurate estimates.

A problem quickly arose for me: how to apply the method in the long term? Often people abandon the method after a few days, simply because they don't see how to industrialise it. This is precisely the purpose of my tool, which I wrote primarily for my own needs. It allows you to enter the tasks, indicate the number of pomodoros needed and let the system plan everything according to your work schedule.

There are many paper Pomodoro planners available, but they are time consuming to fill out and difficult to adjust throughout the day. The main feature of my tool is that it keeps the flow going, even if a priority changes or a task is added.
Everything adapts instantly.

It's simple, basic and terribly useful on a daily basis (for me at least), I can't live without it. Later I plan to add features like CSV/PDF export. By concentrating on the essentials, I can't stand ultra-complex tools that try to do everything.
